I’ve been terrible at updating the website this year. The good news is that I’ve been busy printing custom work, as well as a selection of note cards. The holiday cards shown here, and more, can be found in my Etsy shop.

I decided to print some holiday cards this year. Of course, I didn’t really have enough time to make drawings, and then have plates made, if I wanted to have the cards printed and available before the holidays were actually over. So, I did a little digging, and this is the result of what I found:
I have quite a few vintage cuts, and some older handset lead type ornaments, too. I decided to choose from that lot, and make some fun and funky little retro feeling note cards.
It ended up being a lot more fun than I expected, and I’m really tickled with the cards. Now I’m on a quest to find a more varied selection of vintage cuts for future holidays, so that Christmas isn’t the only celebration that I can cater to.
You can see larger images and order cards on my Etsy page if you’re so inclined.
The Holiday Sale & Trunk Show was a great success. I had a wonderful time meeting new art lovers, and sold more work than I had anticipated.
The sunroom I shared with painter L Garner McCandless was bright and warm on this sunny autumn day. Our host, Ingrid Slamer, was an absolute delight, and the atmosphere was comfortable and lively. Folks chatted, milled, perused, asked questions, and bought art. Perfect.
Many thanks to our co-organizers, Ingrid Slamer and Victoria Prozan-McGlinn.

Tyler Poncho begins his journey and discovers he needs to find new friends and more adventures.
L Garner McCandless is a fine artist working primarily in oil paint. She also produces prints, drawings, beautiful stained glass and interesting craft articles. Her work often begins in landscape or the environment, and ventures off in exciting directions.
